Optical SFP Modules
Optical SFP Modules
Small Form-factor Pluggable (SFP) modules, also known as mini-GBICs (Gigabit Interface Converters), are compact, hot-pluggable transceivers used for data communication and telecommunication applications. They are commonly used in network switches, routers, and network interface cards to provide connectivity for Ethernet, Fibre Channel, and other networking standards. SFP modules come in various types to support different network standards, distances, and wavelengths.
